360 degree feedback is a wonderful tool for evaluating performance of individuals in your organization. The aim of the program is to get an objective appraisal of the people in your business or organization. An individual is given a structured questionnaire to fill out regarding their performance as well as their behavior. Then the same questionnaire is emailed to six others in the organization who know the subject of the appraisal well. They fill out the questionnaire anonymously, to make them more comfortable being candid in their answers.
