Jack in the Box is the only establishment I know of that has on its menu a burger for those who do not like vegetables! For people like me, who do believe that the adding of even a small piece of lettuce or diced onion ruins the sandwich, the Ultimate Cheese Burger is the best idea. The Ultimate Cheese Burger is two patties and two kinds of cheese. No veggies at all!
